Breakfast Quest

Breakfast Quest
I want to find the best breakfast sandwich in Lancaster County.
I'll travel near and travel far across this county. I'll eat from corner stores and cafes, to bakeries and full sit-downs, from drive-thrus and church basements. I'll do it shrouded in anonymity (more or less). And you are my guide.
But first, I need your blessing.
THE RULES (clear and binding):
The sandwich must include eggs and cheese. Bacon, sausage, pork roll, ham, scrapple, and salt-cured anything are optional.
Hard rolls, bagels, English muffins, croissants, biscuits, and wraps are all fair game.
No after-market modifications. No added sauces, no swap-outs, no "could you toast it twice." Judged as the kitchen serves it.
Home fries, hash browns, and any side don't count toward the score.
The sandwich must come from a business inside Lancaster County.
Should we do this?
If approved, we begin this process next Wednesday. If denied, the words Breakfast Quest will never be uttered again.
One more thing. Today we're launching our Instagram and Facebook!
