TMZ: Taylor Swift's wedding stage may be under construction at Rock Lititz

TMZ reported Tuesday morning that an anonymous source says Taylor Swift commissioned a "massive stage" being built inside a warehouse at Rock Lititz in Warwick Township, "under lock and key with security guards patrolling the area" and "not affiliated with any present or upcoming music tour." Fans are speculating it's for Swift's wedding to Travis Kelce, rumored at Madison Square Garden the weekend of July 4. Rock Lititz spokesperson Jill Brown declined to confirm: "Rock Lititz respects the privacy of all artists, whether they are or are not our clients." Swift, a Berks County native, has worked with Rock Lititz before — her Firefly Entertainment received $800,000 in PA tax credits in 2019 and $2 million in 2022 to rehearse there. Bonus Lancaster tie: Kelce commissioned matching "TNT" bracelets in 2024 from Wove, the Lancaster jeweler now in Manheim.

Spring House Brewing Co. is for sale — full portfolio asking $5.2M

After 20 years, brothers Greg and Matt Keasey have put Spring House Brewing Co.'s entire portfolio on the market for a combined $5.2 million — three separate listings. The Hazel Street production facility and brewpub (24,000 sq ft on 2.3 acres) is priced at $3.5M. The Coffin Bar at 30 W. Lemon St. is listed at $1.5M (the 1910 brick building had an $850K renovation when Coffin opened in 2023). Tavern by Spring House in Strasburg is $268K for the business and the lease. All three locations remain open. Matt Keasey, a former pharmaceutical chemist, started Spring House in 2007 in a 1794 tobacco barn next to his Conestoga Township home — a backup plan after a Lancaster city brewery attempt fell through. The Keaseys, in a written statement: "After serving Lancaster for more than 20 years, we felt it was the right time to begin exploring the next chapter."
